New Features

• ACH Transactions Report – Returned Transaction Toggle
  Quickly filter unsuccessful ACH transactions with a new toggle, making it easier to investigate payment failures.

• Ticket Transaction Status Report in SkyTab (All Regions)
  Monitor gross amounts, manage undeposited tickets, and review deposited transactions with expanded reporting availability.

Improvements

• ACH Transaction Export Enhancements
  Export files (Excel, CSV, PDF) now include a “Description” column to display return/reject reasons for faster action.

• Void Refunds in CA & US
  Merchants can now void refund authorizations (in addition to sales), expanding control and correcting errors more efficiently.

SkyTab Multi-Location Management

New Features

• SKUs & Discount Codes: Assign codes at the enterprise level for consistent tracking across all locations.

• Nested Modifier Sort Order: Enhanced management of complex modifier structures.

• MenuSets: New tool to manage item availability and dynamic pricing.

• Display Groups: Now available in Multi-Location Management with enterprise-level or location-specific configurations.

Improvements

• Item Sort Order Enhancements:

  • Filter by department when sorting items.

  • Use Quick Sort (A–Z) to organize items instantly.
