🔒 Upcoming SkyTab Venue Feature: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

We’re excited to announce that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is coming soon to SkyTab Venue’s Canopy platform. This added layer of protection will help ensure that your account stays secure.

We are targeting the enablement of Multi-Factor Authentication for all Canopy users on September 29th, 2025. Periodic updates will be sent over the next several weeks and the days leading up to the enablement.

How It Will Work

1. Login – Enter your email address and password as usual.

2. Verification Code – A one-time 6-digit code will be sent to the email associated with your account.

3. Code Entry – Enter the code on the verification screen to complete your login.

Key Details

• Codes will expire 15 minutes after being issued.

• If needed, you can request a new code by selecting “Resend Code.”

• If the emailed code is not appearing in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders.

  • Emailed codes will be sent from noreply@venuenext.com

• You’ll have three attempts to enter the correct code.

  • After three failed attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 10 minutes before you can try again.

• For your protection, SkyTab Venue support agents cannot see your verification codes nor unlock a temporarily locked account.

This update strengthens the security of your Canopy account while keeping the login experience simple and reliable. As mentioned above, several notices will be published over the next several weeks and the days leading up to the enablement.
