Upcoming Planned Maintenance for Lighthouse Business Manager

Hello,

On Saturday, December 7th, 2024, Shift4 will be performing a planned maintenance for Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM). This maintenance aims to improve performance by increasing the efficiency of data storage and computation. 


Details
·       Date/Time: Saturday, December 7, at 6:00 AM ET
·       Duration: Approximately 1 to 1.5 hours


Impact
 During the maintenance window, the following LBM features will not be available: 

SkyTab POS merchants:
·       Transactions - All transactions (Transactions Manager)
·       Reports - Processing - Settlement Report
·       Reports - SkyTab POS - Ticket Transaction Report

3rd Party Integrators and Hospitality Merchants
·       Most data-related features will not report data. This includes Transactions, Insights and all of the reports.


Additionally, for up to 10 hours following the maintenance, users may experience slightly slower performance in LBM.  This will only be temporary and will resolve itself.
