Tomorrow, June 12th, 2025, we'll be enabling a new enhancement to your SkyTab Mobile payment experience that makes it easier than ever to handle failed transactions.

What’s New:

If a payment doesn’t go through — due to a card decline, network issue, or other disruption — you can now retry the payment directly from the same screen.

Key Benefits:

  • No need to restart the process — saving time and reducing confusion

  • Minimizes duplicate charges — the system safely manages retries so guests are never charged more than once

  • Streamlined checkout experience — faster and smoother for both staff and guests

No action is needed on your part. This update is being rolled out automatically to all devices.
