Quick Service POS v2.63.2

Enhancements:

• Enhanced network health reporting on POS

  • More reliable network status detection

  • Added more granular network status indicators: Online, Fair, Weak, Intermittent, Offline

  • Debug Info now shows network health details such as last latency, average latency, success rate, latency spread, and bridge signal metrics

• Refreshed Kiosk layout across major flows

• Improved Kiosk payment failure handling

Discounts 2.0

Menu Manager v3.7.0 introduces Discounts to Canopy 2.0, a complete port of discount management that gives operators self-service control over creating, configuring, and maintaining discounts across their venues.

Discounts Index Page

A new Discounts index page provides a central place to view and manage all discounts.

• View and search all discounts from a single index page

• Identify legacy discounts directly on the index page

• Manage discounts from the index, including duplications, deletions, and status management (enable/disable)

• Discount priority is displayed on the index page

Create New POS Discounts in Canopy 2.0

Users can now create new POS discounts end to end, including basic information and all supporting rules.

• Configure basic discount information such as name and promo code

• Newly created discounts are scoped to the venue where they are created

Redemption Rules

Flexible redemption configuration determines how and when a discount can be applied.

• Automatic and manual redemption methods, including manual promo code configuration

• Limited and unlimited redemption options

• Stackability controls

Qualification & Adjustment Logic

Granular qualification and adjustment controls define what a discount applies to and how much it adjusts.

• Percent, dollar, and entire-check adjustment types

• Maximum dollar amount and no-max configurations

• Minimum item count qualifications

• Inclusive items and inclusive affiliations, with support for non-discountable inclusive items lists

Availability & Restrictions

Control where and when discounts are available.

• Assign availability by revenue center and menu

• Configure start dates and week-day availability

• Restrict discounts by guest affiliations (POS)

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the revenue center URL was not returning correct information

• Applied general UI/UX adjustments across the Discounts 2.0 experience

• Organized menu models in Nova and Virgo to match other environments, grouping by concept as opposed to recently added

Refund App v3.8.0

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the Discount tab was missing from the dropdown when opened from the Refund or Access App

• Fixed an issue where detailed payment information in Order Details displayed "[object Object]" for discount data (Amazon Just Walk Out)

Mobile Ordering Web v1.76.0

Enhancements:

• The Benefits and Rewards tile will show multiples of any single use discount if the user is eligible for the discount more than once.

• Added additional balance check calls to the Shift4 Venue wallet flow to ensure the balance displayed in the UI is accurate.

Bug Fixes:

• Orders list now shows the total number of Items in the Order.

• Receipt UI updates for orders using third party loyalty.
