Update: Shift4's payment processing services are fully operational

If you changed Canopy settings to operate in offline mode, you can now revert that setting as noted below:

  1. Log into Menu Manager/Canopy 2

  2. Navigate to Settings/Venue Setting

  3. Toggle the "Enable Offline Mode" to OFF [see screenshot below]. These devices will stay in offline mode until this toggle is turned off.

In addition, please sync any offline sales on all devices. This can be done by navigating to [Menu] on the POS terminal, click on [orders], click on [sales report], click on [sync orders].
