Update: Shift4's payment processing services are now fully operational

If you changed Canopy settings to operate in offline mode, you can now revert that setting as noted below:

  1. Log into Menu Manager/Canopy 2

  2. Navigate to Settings/Venue Setting

  3. Toggle the "Enable Offline Mode" to OFF [see screenshot below] This will take all devices to offline mode. These devices will stay in offline mode until this toggle is turned off.

In addition, please sync any offline sales on all devices. This can be done by navigating to [Menu] on the POS terminal, click on [orders], click on [sales report], click on [sync orders].
