Shift4 Payment Processing Issue: Investigating
Investigating - Shift4's technical team has identified an issue that may be impacting payment processing services for a subset of Shift4 customers. Impacted customers may not be able to process transactions at this time. Our team is actively investigating this issue and is committed to bringing our services back online as soon as possible.
Please follow the steps below in order to continue operating in offline mode:
Log into Menu Manager/Canopy 2
Navigate to Settings/Venue Setting
Toggle the "Enable Offline Mode" to on [see screenshot below] This will take all devices to offline mode. These devices will stay in offline mode until this toggle is turned off.
