Shift4 Customer Hub 2026w45 is now available!

Here are the key highlights from this release:

Transactions

• Faster Data, Better Performance (US only) — Starting today, transactions appear in your reports within minutes of being processed, and overall performance is faster. If Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), surcharging, or 3DS are enabled on your account, you’ll also see new details for these features to make daily reconciliation easier.
  Visit All Transactions under the Transactions tab to view your latest activity and the new data points. No setup is required — these updates appear automatically.

Marketplace

• Dinevate – Branded Online Ordering & Guest Engagement (US only) — Dinevate is now available in Marketplace. It gives Shift4 Dine merchants an all-in-one platform for branded websites, online ordering, loyalty programs, and AI-powered phone ordering. The integration syncs menus and item availability with Shift4 Dine and sends pickup, scheduled, and self-delivery orders directly into the POS.
