Shift4 Customer Hub 2026w41 Release Notes
We’re excited to announce that Shift4 Customer Hub 2026w41 is now available!
Here are the key highlights from this release:
Payment Links for Opera
Hospitality operators can now generate and manage secure payment links tied directly to Opera PMS reservations in Customer Hub.
Enter a guest’s booking confirmation number to retrieve reservation details, generate a customized payment link, and send it by email or direct share. When the payment is successful, the transaction is automatically posted back to the reservation in Opera PMS, reducing manual reconciliation and supporting fiscalization compliance. This works with both Legacy Opera PMS (OPI On-Prem) and cloud-based Opera PMS.
Multi-Location Management
The Menu Set screen is updated for easier access. Settings is now located in the top-right corner and renamed Manage. Selecting Manage opens the settings drawer directly.
Modifier Percentage Pricing Above 100%
Modifiers can now be set above 100%, so a modifier can double, triple, or further increase the base item price.
Inactive modifiers in Modifier Set management screens are now marked with a red dot with an “Inactive” message on hover, so they are easier to identify and avoid assigning.
The Menu Sets list now shows how many locations are assigned to each menu set, alongside its Active status.
Active and inactive status indicators have been added to Revenue Class and Department dropdowns on the Item screen, making it easier to avoid assigning inactive options.
A new Available Online option lets you exclude specific modifier sets from Marketplace menus while keeping them available at the location. The setting also supports bulk editing.
