We are excited to announce the release of Shift4 Customer Hub 2026w33 tomorrow, Wednesday August 12, 2026!

Multi-Location Management

• Modifier Set Sorting: Modifiers within a Modifier Set can now be sorted alphabetically using the new A–Z Sort option. Newly assigned modifiers are added to the bottom of the list by default, giving you full control over when alphabetical sorting is applied.

Employee Shift Report Improvement

• The Employee Shift Report will now include the card brand — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc. — next to the ticket number in the Credit Card Payments section. Card types the system can't identify will show as "Other."

Former Version	New Version

• Why this helps your team: With the card type named on each line, managers and bookkeeping teams who reconcile per-transaction tips and amounts against signed slips and processing statements can now find full information on the shift report.

User Experience Improvements

• Shift4 One Navigation Improvement: We’ve simplified Customer Hub navigation for Shift4 One merchants by removing the Shift4 Duo menu option and its associated reporting sections. You will now see only the menu items and reports relevant to your specific account setup, ensuring a cleaner and more streamlined experience.
