We’re excited to announce that Shift4 Customer Hub 2026w29 new features are now available!

Key highlights:

Multi-Location Management

  • Revenue Class Configuration for All Liquor — You can now assign the "All Liquor" revenue class to applicable menu items for better categorization and reporting.

  • Tax Application for All Liquor Revenue Class — When using the "All Liquor" revenue class, you can configure how taxes are applied to the ticket, giving you more flexibility to meet business and regulatory needs.

  • Printer Template Assignment — Printer templates can now be assigned directly from the Item and Modifier configuration screens, making setup faster and more convenient.

Marketplace

  • Deliverect for Shift4 Dine — Connect Shift4 Dine with Deliverect to automatically route orders from 1,000+ delivery platforms (including DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub) directly into your POS. Menu updates sync across all channels from one dashboard. Available in: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, and Australia for merchants with 3 or more locations.
