Shift4 Customer Hub 2026w27 Release

The Shift4 Customer Hub 2026w27 release will be deployed tomorrow, Wednesday, July 1st, 2026.

This update includes the following improvements:

Transaction Manager

• You can now view and investigate connected transactions across multiple locations directly from the Transaction Detail page. Note: This feature is currently not available for Shift4 Dine users.

  • A new multi-location selector allows you to search across multiple Merchant IDs (MIDs) at once using card token, email, customer reference, or IP address.

  • The current transaction is pinned for easy comparison.

  • Five new columns have been added, including MID, Merchant Name, and Customer Reference, for better visibility.

Multi-Location Management

• Revenue Class Discount Restrictions: You can now prevent discounts from being applied to specific revenue classes using the new “Do Not Apply Discounts” option. This gives you greater control over which revenue categories are eligible for discounts.

Online Ordering

• Faster Order Availability at Store Open: Locations will now accept orders sooner after opening. The first available order time is now calculated as open time + prep time (instead of open time + full prep buffer).
