Required Upgrade for POS (Update: June 5, 2023)

As noted in our announcement from February 22, 2023, following a FreedomPay platform issue on September 18, 2022, they announced an end of life of the middleware as of October 10, 2022. As a result of this end of life, SpotOn updated several versions of ActivateX and InteractX builds and provided a timeline through the end of March 31, 2023 to update.

FreedomPay intends to block all traffic from any devices using versions no longer supported as of June 30, 2023. We urge you to upgrade to one of the below versions:

15.11.1.2

15.13.4+

16.x+

InteractX

1.22.4+
