Reminder: DataNow Scheduled Report Migration

Canopy 2.0

Reports (DataNow)

As a reminder, Phase 2 of the Canopy 2.0 reporting update begins on April 8, at which time a group of legacy reports will be retired.

If you currently have scheduled report deliveries (email, S3, etc.) tied to any reports being retired, those schedules will need to be reviewed and migrated to the new report structure or deleted to avoid interruption.

Reports Being Retired:

  • Sales Summary (including 7-Day)

  • Operational Sales (including 7-Day)

  • Financial Sales (including 7-Day)

  • F&B Sales – old query logic (including 7-Day)

  • Merchandise Sales (Food and Merchandise remain available via Product Type filters in all new reports)

  • RvC Items & Orders

  • Sales Audit – old query logic

  • Wallet Accounts

Recommended Replacements:

  • Sales Summary,  Operational Sales and Financial Sales
    → Use Sales Hub for current month reporting
    → Use Historic: Revenue for completed month or long-range reporting

  • F&B Sales – old query logic
    → Use F&B Sales v2 for current month reporting
    → Use Historic: Revenue for completed month reporting

  • Merchandise Sales
    → Use F&B Sales v2 or Historic: Revenue
    → Apply Product Type filter = “Merchandise

  • RvC Items & Orders
    → Use Sales Hub for current month reporting
    → Use Historic: Revenue for completed month reporting

  • Sales Audit – old query logic
    → Use Sales Audit v2 for current month financial reconciliation
    → Use Historic: Sales Audit for completed month reconciliation

  • Wallet Accounts
    → Use Virtual Currency

We recommend completing this review before April 8th to ensure a smooth transition.
