Content: Re-enable POS attendant sales report, fix double-tip on Full Service POS

Re-enabled the attendant sales report on Quick Service and Full Service POS devices
Bug Fixes:
Fixed an issue on Full Service POS where in certain cases gratuity was being charged twice when closing a tab to multiple tenders
