Content: We have made some changes this week to further build our Captain AI integration

Captain AI Feature Updates:

  • Address Verification - Customer address data will now be verified using Google's Maps API when using the Captain AI integration.

  • Delivery Zone Enforcement - When attaching a customer to a delivery order, their address will be used to validate if they are in the specified delivery zone/range. 

  • Address Update Prompt - If a customer profile has invalid address data attached, users will be prompted to update the customs address.

  • POS Driver Sync - Once Drivers are mapped to POS, driver assignments made in Captain AI will flow back to the POS and Order Owner updates.
