Quick Service POS 2.32.6-qs

Feature Updates:

  • Fortress SKU Loaded Tickets can now be redeemed with Ticket tender at the POS and Kiosk *Contact your account manager for enablement

  • The user will now see error messages if a kitchen chit fails to print due to a device being offline when the order is placed

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where double-tapping the "New Order" button on the L1400 would cause the order to be cancelled

  • Fixed an issue with the L1400 intermittently freezing after receiving a card reader error, requiring a reboot

  • Fixed an issue where the offline card transactions count was incorrectly resetting to a positive number even after all transactions had been synced

  • Fixed an issue where the the LTM reconciliation job would fail to update all approved offline and submitted orders under certain conditions

  • Fixed an issue where limited use promotions redeemed via QR Pay were not consistently being applied

  • Fixed an issue where the guest location was not printing on the kitchen chit for orders paid in full with QR Pay, Ticket or Gift Card tender

  • Fixed an issue where the POS would lag in menus containing a large number of items and/or modifiers

  • Fixed an issue where an item with a required modifier would be added to the cart without a modifiers if the user did not save their modifier selection

  • Fixed an issue where the last discount in the list would get cut off when there is a long list of discounts

  • Fixed an issue where extraneous “Kitchen Print” errors were being displayed for POS order in Canopy order details

Feature Updates:

  • Added support for MasterCard Sensory Branding *Contact your account manager for enablement

  • Service charge legal language will now print on the receipt if the order contains a service charge

  • Star TSP650 printers are now supported for kitchen and receipt printing

  • PAX A77 and A920 terminals are now supported

  • Refined permissions prompts (storage permissions no longer required)

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an intermittent issue of overcharging guests when charging cents as dollars

  • Fixed an issue where the printer websocket would not always reconnect automatically following a disconnect 

  • Fixed an intermittent issue where duplicate kitchen chits would print
