When selecting an open priced item on the POS, the user will be prompted to enter a price (required) and a custom name (optional)
Adding open priced items to an order or updating open priced items from the cart requires manager approval; this is not configurable
Open priced items are mapped to menus in the same way as set priced items
Open priced items are configured in the same way as set priced items, including reporting and display categories, tax, and print mapping
A menu may contain multiple open priced items
The same open priced item can be added to the cart multiple times with a different name, price and/or quantity
If an open priced item is assigned a custom name when adding it to the cart, the custom name will override the configured name in data and on receipts and kitchen chits

Open priced items are not supported for orders being paid by Rich Checkout ("App" Tender)
Open priced items are not supported in Kiosk or Mobile Ordering menus; if mapped to one of these menu types, they will not be displayed to the user
Bug Fixes:
Fixed an issue where orders would get stuck on devices in a defective state with the error message “Order menu items are required"
Important Note: If you have defective orders with this error message on a device, you will need to take the following steps after the device has received the update
Open each defective order with this error from the orders list and tap the Sync button
After the orders are synced, you will still see a positive number in the Defective orders count
Once you have confirmed that all defective and Approved Offline orders have been successfully synced, you can manually clear the defective count by navigating to hamburger menu > Debug Info > Software > tap “Clear All Orders” > enter valid manager PIN
Fixed an issue where a duplicate order was created when a tab was started with a credit card and closed to Rich Checkout (“App” Tender)
Fixed an issue where items could be added to the cart after the total had already been calculated, resulting in the payment amount being lower than the order total
Fixed an issue where a failure would sometimes be displayed in the Printing debug tab, even after a successful test print
Fixed an issue where after closing and relaunching the POS app with the device offline would result in missing tender buttons
