Content: Auto-launch functionality on CFD, various bug fixes

Feature Updates:

• The VN POS app will now auto-launch on A3700 devices following a reboot
  Note: On initial launch of the app, you will be prompted to designate the VN POS app as the default home app (see image below)

• Added configurability to allow cloud printing to continue to function in the case of a third-party websocket service interruption

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where kitchen chits and receipts would sometimes print fields with empty values

• Fixed an issue where authorization slips were not being cut between copies when service charge legal language was present
