Hi All,

With our recent release in July 2022, Email and PDF invoice layouts are sleeker and easier for clients to print and read the invoice. As the next step, we released an updated version of the Invoicing Merchant Notifications feature that allows merchants to set various Email alerts and manage their business with more ease. The change will be automatically applied across all merchant’s customers. Events can be turned on/off as needed from the main Settings page (Invoice Notification). Merchants can control which users will receive the emails from the Users page on the main Settings page.

The optional alerts are:

• Sent: Get a copy of the invoice you sent

• Viewed: Customer views an invoice

• Overdue: Invoice is overdue

• Canceled: Invoice was canceled

• Reminder Sent: You sent a reminder

• Paid: Invoice was paid by customer

Now this release following the same standards has enabled Merchants to receive Emails for all the above Scenarios.
