Bug fixes:

• Fixed issue that prevented discounts and loaded/stored value being applied to a Generic PPI payment method (e.g. Yinzcam).

• The standard Credit Card button no longer disappears from Payment Tender selection screen during Checkout.

• Fixed the issue causing IX to stop recognizing a printer connection after 1st transaction or a force refresh.

• When relaunching IX after a crash, the rectangle Appetize/SpotOn logo appears and doesn't get "stuck" anymore. It dismisses as expected, and the Attract Screen is launched.
