Reports (DataNow)

Features & Enhancements:

• NEW: Commissions Report

  • Commissions are calculated as Net Sales × Commission Rate. Each venue can use up to three pre-configured rates: Rate 1 (5%), Rate 2 (10%), and Rate 3 (15%). These can be customized per venue. For changes, please contact SkyTab Venue Support or your EAM.

• Added Card Reader Serial Number filter to Device Monitoring report.

• Added Account Balance column to Virtual Currency Utilization tile in the Virtual Currency Report.

New Drill-Throughs in DataNow

You can now click directly into key financial figures in DataNow to explore detailed datasets:

• Tax Amounts: View a breakdown by Tax Classes and Tax Rules with corresponding amounts.
  Note: Historical data before this release will not be available, fields will display “No Tax Class Set” and “No Tax Rule Set”.

• Refund Amounts: See refunds and voids grouped by employee, approval status, and reason.

• Tip Amounts: Explore tip data by employee, location, service type, and device.
