Feature Update:

The Restaurant Reporting Team had a release today that added ability for restaurant clients to log into their account at SpotOn (Dashboard) and see report from the Restaurant Reporting site, specifically the Daily Sales Recap.

• Benefit: To see daily sales clients no longer need to access two platforms, making reporting quicker and easier to access and increasing Dashboard usage.

Updates:

• Daily Sales also known as Daily Sales Recap report is accessible via navigation within ‘Sales’ section

• The merchant/user can navigate to the Restaurant Reporting site to see additional restaurants reports by pressing the Restaurant Reports link in the Sales section

• The Daily Sales report will only be visible for users of merchants with Restaurant POS

• Users can change the location to any restaurant location they have permission to access in the Restaurant Reporting site, but this will not change the location they’re viewing in other pages of the dashboard

• Sales data is limited to sales conducted through restaurant POS only

• User will see a '403' error message, if they have no permission

Performance:

Superuser - Slow loading due to access to all locations (known issue on restaurant reporting)
Reseller - No loading issue
User - No loading issue
