Connect
Features:
You can now navigate with the arrow keys on the True Up Beta view. This allows the Connect user to navigate the True Up more quickly without using the mouse. The down arrow will navigate to the next item. The right/left arrows will navigate to the item count by type (transfer, sales, or purchase unit).
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug causing the inventory True Up Classic screen to be blank
Fixed a bug causing the item details page to display blank for some venues
Fixed a bug preventing inventory units sold reports from being downloaded
Fixed a bug preventing hawkers from closing out properly where refunds were involved, spoilage, when credit card sales didn't match, or in the case of rounding discrepancies.
Fixed a bug preventing more than 50 items from being transferred and causing transfer units, current stock, and purchase units to be incorrect when the inventory item attribute 'Use Unit for Par' was checked.
Remaining Known Issue:
When the 'Use Unit for Par' setting is checked on inventory units, this causes the final 'Review' transfer page to incorrectly calculate amounts when 'purchase' or 'transfer' units are selected.
Workaround: On the inventory item details, unselect the 'Use Unit for Par' setting, then you can successfully do par transfers.
Fixed a bug causing duplicate amounts in the standsheet begin counts when using a 'Complete' transfer on the 'Plan a Transfer' flow before an event was created.
Reporting
Features
The Payment Category filter has been updated to include Loaded Value and Stored Value.
Users can now filter on Cash, Credit, Loaded Value, Custom Tender, Stored Value, and Other.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue causing the Primary Category filter not to populate all the values present in the report.
Fixed an issue that caused Inventory and Hawking reports to not show for Connect Accounts with no role configurations set.
Suites
Features
Updated package formatting on the Distribution Report > Use Item Totals template.
Packages are listed in a standalone "Packages" section (root item only, no subitems).
Package subitems are listed in their respective categories.
A new "Packages: Subitems Only" formatting option has been added to the Distribution Report page, allowing users to include or exclude the standalone "Packages" section (depending on kitchen staff preferences).
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue causing incorrect package quantities to be displayed in the Distribution Report > Use Item Totals template.
Fixed a formatting issue on the Suite Orders page when sorting orders.
Fixed a timezone conversion issue impacting the "Last Updated" timestamp on the Event Order report.
Fixed an issue causing incorrect Fee & Total amounts from being displayed in the Connect UI for suite orders, including Custom Fees (display only, no impact to reporting).
