Connect

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug causing the Connect Vendor order status on KDS to automatically change the subvendor status. Subvendor status will not be impacted by the vendor status on KDS.

• Fixed a bug not properly displaying the AX employee account password prompt after a configurable number of days.

• Fixed a bug preventing the item set details page from displaying, which prevented Connect users from creating or managing an item set.

• Fixed a bug showing a blank page for the enterprise dashboard in Connect

• Fixed a bug miscalculating multi-quantity tax-inclusive items on the order details page and analytics reports in Connect.

• Fixed a bug preventing the correct inventory items from appearing when selecting items to add to a True Up Beta item count group.

• Fix a bug on True Up Beta that was causing incorrect items to display or preventing some items from displaying on True Up Beta. The previous logic to show items on True Up Beta was as follows. The inventory item 'standsheets=yes' will no longer control which items appear in the True Up Beta views.

• The refresh logic on True Up beta was optimized to greatly reduce latency, contributing to duplicates being created in the True Up Beta views.

Reporting

Feature updates:

• A new Tips and Gratuity report has been added for users to view all tips and custom fees configured as gratuity by user.

• Report load times have been significantly improved so users can render reports in Connect Analytics up to 80% faster.

• When downloading from Analytics, users will now select the format and layout options in the same place instead of two separate places.

  • The "Send to Email" option has been removed, and emails will play a different role in the download process.

• The user interface for filter sets has been cleaned up so users can easily change and create new filter sets instead of navigating through hidden menus.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue where users were not receiving a notification that their download will take place in the background, and they will be notified via email when the download is ready when downloads took longer than 60 seconds.

• Fixed an issue where the report details were only showing on the main reports page but not displaying within the report itself.

Suites

Feature updates:

• Added a new Suites column to the Distribution Report "Use Item Totals" Template, showing the quantity of each item allocated to specific Suites

• Significantly reduced loading time when downloading the Distribution Report using the "Group by Suite First" & "Use Item Totals" Template Types

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue that, in some cases, caused an error when downloading the Distribution Report

• Fixed an issue preventing expired Credit Cards from being deleted in certain cases

• Fixed an issue that caused UDO Fees to be removed when editing an existing preorder

• Fixed an issue that, in some cases, caused item price discrepancies between the Preorder Portal and Connect
