Bug Fixes:

• Fixed "Assign team member" checkmark misalignment on the Commission Plan page

• Fixed radio button misalignment on "Delete Appointment" modal window

• Fixed Service Tooltip not showing the full text of the tooltip

• Fixed the very small appearance of calendar icons when many team members are scheduled

• Fixed deposits/prepayments not showing "refunded" order status after a refund

• Fixed "Delete" icon misalignment on the Customer Note section

• Fixed "TypeError" occurring in the booking wizard's date picker

• Cleaned up copy on deposit/prepayment refund modal to indicate that refunds will not be issued if the refund setting is turned off

• Calendar view dropdown displays all options now instead of requiring users to scroll down the list

• Fixed issue when clicking the "settings" icon in the messenger widget not taking the user to the correct settings page

• Added an "X" icon to the messenger widget to help the user more easily dismiss the window
