Content: Bug fixes for Online/Offline Indicator and Custom Fees
Bug fixes:
Fixed a problem where the cloud indicator for offline/online state was turning red and not turning back to green even after the connection was re-established.
Corrected a bug with auto-apply custom fees. They are now applying correctly.
