Content: Critical bug fix for clients using checks in 16.2.X branches
Bug fixes:
Fixed an issue where checks moved to the Sync/Declined tab in ActivateX and never synced properly to Connect. The issue was not always occurring and was sporadic based on other conditions. There was no lost money from these orders as the payments went through.
