Content: Bug Fix for clients using Classic Modifiers
Bug fixes:
An issue was fixed in the 16.2.X builds where classic (old) modifiers were duplicating after checkout and sending the duplicates to Connect. This occurred for clients using classic modifiers and checks. It caused downstream effects with refunding and reporting. This patch prevents the duplication.
