Enhancement to Loyalty Only Flag: The release of AX 15.11.1 unlocks the Loyalty Only button settings and functionality:

• When Enable Loyalty Only is set to YES in Connect and Ski Data or Lava is enabled the Apply Loyalty button appears at the bottom of the Tender Selection Screen.

• When Enable Loyalty Only is set to NO in Connect and Ski Data or Lava is enabled the Apply Loyalty button DOES NOT appear at the bottom of the Tender Selection Screen.

• Loyal guests can apply their order to accrue points or rewards on their SkiData or Lava-backed loyalty card.

Enhancement to Card Theming on Tender Screen: The release of AX 15.11.1 opens remaining logic needed to support settings when a Theme has a value set for “Credit Tender Key” in Connect. Note: Custom Card Theming includes a Title, Main Image, Directional Text, and a Footer Image.

Bug Fixes with AX 15.11.1 rebase: The following issues share components and logic with Activate X:

• Loyalty discounts (Givex, Fortress, Lava, etc) covering 100% of the balance will now checkout successfully.

• Kiosks no longer crashes when paying for an order that contains non-priced mods or a hidden price. When "Hide $0.00 price" is set to Yes in Connect and the user checks out with an item that has $0.00 modifiers in the cart the transaction completes successfully.

• Resolved issue for a specific Fortress use case where a partial payment is made with a Fortress Card that depletes the card's balance and then the order is canceled. Now, when the order is canceled the applied balance is loaded back onto the Fortress Card.

• Items with Day Parts assigned will only show during their designated Day Parts even through the "Always Available" flag is enabled.

1.21 Hot Fixes: This version includes the hot fixes from v 1.21.1 and v1.21.1.1:

• Resolved issue where a Vendor Role with a New Kiosk Theme thought it was missing an image and caused the kiosk to crash during Login.

• Orders are now closing properly and not going offline.

Other bugs fixed in this release:

• After entering credentials and tapping the Login button, Admin users should successfully log into the kiosk and not get returned to the Log In screen.

• Quick Add buttons work again on Items with modifiers assigned to one vendor but not another.

• Adjusted the Apply Discount pop-up window so that all the graphic and text elements fit for both the default and custom messages. Note: Scrolling is automatic for lengthy Custom Messages.

• Improved how kiosk handles recovering from lost connections so it doesn't get stuck on the "Retrieving API Configuration" screen.

• Standard and auto-applied cart-level discounts, which are discounts that apply to an entire order, no longer appear broken out under each item on the cart. This will still happen in the background for refund and reporting purposes, but will no longer be seen in the user's cart. In the near future, the Cart Summary will be enhanced to show the description of the discount, but for this release the amount is reflected in the Total Discount field.

Storm Navigation Bar issues: Resolved issues navigating through some of the pop-up windows or "modals" when using the Storm navigation bar and ADA controls with the kiosk.

• Round Up for Charity modal: You can navigate through the options and return back to the Yes option.

• Error modal when canceling and order: When you navigate to the confirmation options, now you can return to the Yes option.

• Error modal when confirming the Name on Order: Fixed issue where data would not save when navigating with the Storm bar and using the OK button.

Known Issues in this release:

• Kiosk-to-Kiosk "Pay at Cashier" use case:

  • Loyalty and Stored Value payment methods are not supported.

  • Non Pay At Cashier orders are not firing to the KDSX sub-vendor for UOP. (Both Fire On Total and Fire On Payment.)

  • Pay At Cashier orders are not firing to KDSX sub-vendors with UOP + Fire On Total.

  • New items added to a recalled order are not fired to the KDSX sub-vendor account with UOP. (Both Fire On Total and Fire On Payment.)

• KDSX - SMS text updates about Order Status are not sent to user when order updates from "Pending" to "In Progress" to "Completed"

• IX to AX Open Checks do not Force Close when Closing time is configured in Open Hours.

• If a discounted item is removed from the cart or if the item is added after the discount was applied, the discount still has to be re-applied.

• GiveX discount is not correctly applied to an order, only half the discount is applied.
