VenueNext will be performing a global rollback of the Quick Service POS to version v2.33.12-qs today, June 10th. This action is necessary due to a recently identified resource leak that negatively impacts E700 devices.

Impact:

• The issue currently affects E700 devices only.

• Rollback will be applied globally as we are unable to target specific device types.

Next Steps: 

• Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working on a resolution. We will provide updates as soon as more information is available.
