Our monitoring tools have detected an issue with a query impacting device level POS Attendant Sales report. Out of an abundance of caution to ensure the stability and smooth operation of our services, we decided to turn off the POS Attendant sales report while we investigate and address the issue.

We understand the importance of this report to your operation and our engineers are working on a solution. You can access all User specific sales and tender breakdown data in Data Now: F&B Sales > Employee Sales by Creator and Payment Type report to provide you detailed information to reconcile your POS Attendants.
