Content: Revenue Center Reporting Tags, Round Up for Charity Configurations, Unified Order Email Templates, Various Bug Fixes and Enhancements.
The following changes are targeted for release during Week 16 (7/28/2025 - 8/1/2025). Please note that these updates represent our current goals, but not all of them may be included in the official release depending on testing outcomes and any adjustments made during the final review process.
Canopy 2.0

Feature Updates:
Revenue Center Reporting Tags
Reporting Tags are now available to assign similar Revenue Centers into logical groupings for reporting purposes.
A new filter on select reports will allow you to run analytics for the grouping of Revenue Centers you choose.
Reporting Tags are free-text, require no additional configuration, are case-sensitive, and have a maximum of one per Revenue Center.
Ex:
Concessions

,Premium Clubs
,Subcontractors
, etc.
Round Up for Charity
Concessionaires are now able to enable Round Up for Charity in their venue(s) with a custom image and description.
Two options are available:
Round Up: Guest are presented with the option to round up their purchase to the nearest whole amount.
Fixed Amount: Guests are presented with pre-configured amounts and an optionally enabled custom amount.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed an issue where special characters in Price Level names would prevent saving item prices.
Fixed an issue where empty or blank lines at the end of the Seat Manifest upload file would prevent the data to process properly.
Fixed an issue where adjusting an item property would reset the item SKU available/in-use flag.
Fixed an issue where the display name of Modifier Groups was used throughout Canopy.
Fixed an issue where Revenue Center images could not be updated when the image was the only change in the form.
Orders
Feature Updates:
F&B Order Emails
Order emails are now redesigned with a global, modern look. Each order email will contain a link to a mobile receipt.
Enabled by default for all organizations.
Bug Fixes:
Various bug fixes and enhancements.
