These are Pre-Release notes with the anticipated contents of a release scheduled for January 9, 2025. There is potential for changes in the scope and timing of the release. We will send final release notes upon completion of the release.

Feature Updates:

• Various performance improvements when loading menus, searching items, and adding items to the cart for menus containing a large number of items and/or modifiers

  • NOTE: As part of these improvements, the modifier selection modal will now open automatically only when adding items to the cart containing one or more required modifiers. To add modifiers to items containing only optional modifiers, the user will need to add the item to the cart, then tap the item in the cart to select modifiers

• The Yellow Dog Stand Dog website can now be accessed from the POS in a webview (Hamburger Menu > Resources)

  • Please contact SkyTab Venue Support or your Enterprise Account Manager to enable this functionality 

• Tabs can now be searched by tab name or the last 4 of the card used to start the tab, in addition to order number

• The user will now be navigated to the tabs list instead of the receipt after finalizing a back bar tab with gratuity

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where canceling a BroadPOS transactions would sometimes result in the order remaining in an “Incomplete” order state
