Content: Interact Web 'My Wallet', CBORD payments integration, Scan & Go compatibility & performance updates, Order Ahead pickup time adjustments, and other improvements & bug fixes

Feature updates:

  • Interact Web 'My Wallet': Guests can now view & manage (delete) previously saved credit cards on the new 'My Wallet' page - signed-in users can access this page by clicking the user icon (top-right) and selecting 'My Wallet' from the dropdown

  • CBORD payments integration: Venues can now allow guests to pay for Interact Web orders using a CBORD card or account (stored value, meal plans, and meal equivalencies)

  • Scan & Go: Updated to the latest scanning library version (device compatibility & performance improvements)

  • Updated to support & enforce the Item > Max Qty Per Transaction & Min Qty Per Transaction settings - guests must add at least the Min Qty and no more than the Max Qty defined for each item to their cart when placing an Interact Web order

  • Updated the Order Ahead timeslot selection logic for ASAP orders - the current timeslot will now be selected if available based on the vendor's 'Preparation time' setting (previously always selected the next upcoming timeslot)

    • Example: if a vendor's preparation time is 5 minutes & the current time is 1:07, if a user selects the ASAP option, they will see "Ready by 1:15" (previously "Ready by 1:30")

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed an issue that, in some cases, prevented users from updating Order Ahead schedules due to a daylight savings conflict

  • Updated so that Item display names are used for modifiers in Interact Web for venues using OAPI

    • Note: This is already supported for MAPI

  • Fixed an Order Ahead issue that, in some cases, automatically selected a timeslot that wasn't available

  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from editing their seat at checkout when ordering from a vendor without Order Ahead enabled
