Canopy 2.0
Reports (DataNow)
Features & Enhancements:
Wallet Nonce Export 2.0
Added logic that will populate a VenueNext POS location in the revenue_center field.
Added logic to report sales as VenueNext POS in the integrator field.
Consolidation of the Payment Method field. Moving forward, sales will be reported under general categories such as VISA, MASTERCARD, etc., rather than specific types like Visa Credit, Visa Debit, or Debit Mastercard.
Any payments where the platform does not get the necessary information from the gateway to determine the Payment Method will report under "Unknown" instead of the previous "Shift4 Credit" designation.
Financial Sales report
New Tile: Amount Settled by Location & Payment Method - reports settled sales by Payment Method for each Location (Revenue Center).
Settlement by Processor
New Tile: QR Pay Settlement by Processor - reports settled QR Pay (Wallet Nonce scans) sales completed at a VenueNext POS or Third Party POS.
Virtual Currency Report
Added Transfer Status field to the Transfer tile, this field will report transfers as one of three designations (Accepted, Cancelled, or Pending).
New Tile: Transfer Status by Recipient - will report on transfer status totals by the recipient.
Bug Fixes:
Wallet Nonce Export 2.0
Fixed an issue to report correctly on check_num’s and revenue_center's.
Payment Method field
Fixed an issue for payments flagged as DEBIT, to report as actual Payment Method (VISA, MASTERCARD etc).
DataNow Export Updates:
Remove order_uuid and order_created_time from User Promotions file. These fields don’t have relevant data, as the tile’s purpose is to specifically report on promotions awarded via Canopy or the API.
