Feature Enhancements:

• Check Management

  • Require Guest Count flag will be necessary if you want the users to enter a guest count for each open check. Previously, Guest Count would be required with certain settings in Tables and Seats and did not just use the flag information.

• Mobile Display

  • Build Information will display on Employee pin screen beneath the online/offline indicators.

    

  • Level/Section/Row/Seat will be displayed on two rows in mobile view. This will allow for easier interaction with the four fields.

    

  • Add Venue and Terminal information to the menu screen on mobile view so that a user can quickly assess if they are using the correct device and login.

    

• Discounts

  • Card Program Discounts based on BIN range now available in ActivateX. Set any discount to be triggered based on the BIN range of the card used for payment. As the guest inserts the card into the terminal, the cart will recalculate with the applicable discount.

    • Supported for clients using FreedomPay

• Overall Improvements

  • New imagery added to give user more information as to what is occurring in the background during a sync.

• Gift & Loyalty

  • Fortress cardholders can now present their loyalty account at checkout to earn or redeem loyalty benefits, even if they are paying with a separate tender.

  • Stadis cardholders can now present their loyalty account at checkout to earn or redeem loyalty benefits, even if they are paying with a separate tender.

• Payment:

  • PAX Elavon: Users are now able to manually sync all offline orders at the end of an event via All Orders > Offline Orders in AX.

Bug Fixes:

• Suites

  • Suites clients are able to use ActivateX 16.1.0. In previous builds, there was a critical defect preventing Suites clients from using the new version of ActivateX. This has been corrected.

• Gratuity

  • When tipping, the Round up For Charity will not be included in the subtotal and the guest will only tip on the purchased items and not the donation.

• Payment:

  • Fixed a bug where the check order status is 'Completed' in AX but the status displays 'In Progress' within Connect when check was opened with CC in an offline state.

  • PAX Elavon: Added error messaging on AX login when the TID is not properly configured in Connect Asset Management.

• Gift & Loyalty

  • Campus Cards - Fixed an issue where offline payments would decline when the POS comes back online, even if funds were available.

  • Fixed an issue with Valutec refunds, where only the tip amount or the cart amount would be refunded on a full refund, both should now be refunded to the original tender.

  • Improved Lava discount logic. Lava will now only accept unique discounts on orders and not duplicate discounts from a customer swiping or scanning their card twice.

  • Fixed an issue where tip would not be charged to a Fortress card if it was the same amount as the balance on the card.

  • Fixed a bug in Atrium integration where the incorrect balance for meal plans would print on the receipt.
