Pre-Release Notes: (Action Required) Websocket Server Upgrade in MT and PST regions

VenueNext will be upgrading the websocket server for organizations located in Mountain and Pacific Time regions.

• This update will be performed the morning of Friday Sep 27 and is expected to be completed by 10am EST

• Following this update, organizations located in MT and PST regions will be required to quit and relaunch their POS app on Print Controller devices to ensure the latest websocket server settings are embedded. Organizations located in Eastern and Central regions may disregard this message

• To quit and relaunch your Print Controller POS app:

  1. Hold down the power button and select Restart

  2. After restart, launch the VN application from the home screen
