🔒 New SkyTab Venue Feature: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) 🔒

We’re excited to announce that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been enabled for SkyTab Venue’s Canopy platform. This added layer of protection will help ensure that your account stays secure.

How It Works

  1. Login – Enter your email address and password as usual.

  2. Verification Code – A one-time 6-digit code will be sent to the email associated with your account.

  3. Code Entry – Enter the code on the verification screen to complete your login.

Key Details

  • Codes will expire 15 minutes after being issued.

  • If needed, you can request a new code by selecting “Resend Code.”

  • If the emailed code is not appearing in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders.

    • Emailed codes will be sent from noreply@venuenext.com

  • You’ll have three attempts to enter the correct code.

    • After three failed attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 10 minutes before you can try again.

  • For your protection, SkyTab Venue support agents cannot see your verification codes nor unlock a temporarily locked account.

This update strengthens the security of your Canopy account while keeping the login experience simple and reliable. As always, please each out if you have any questions.
