New Lighthouse Business Manager Features Coming in December

We’re releasing several Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) enhancements throughout December. These updates will appear automatically—no downtime or action required.

What’s new

Partial Refund for SkyTab Solo
Refund just part of a transaction (e.g., a partial return or discount).
How to: Choose Custom Amount → enter the amount (≤ original total) → Refund.

Enhanced Batch Management (Hospitality)
See active batch totals in LBM and—based on your region—access business date updates and manual batch closing tools for smoother end-of-day operations.

Manual Capture (now available for US & Canada)
Capture pre-authorized transactions directly in LBM when you’re ready—more flexibility, accuracy, and control over authorized payments.

Incremental Authorization Visibility (US)
On the Transaction Details page, view each authorization attempt for a single transaction: amount, date/time, status, and auth code.

EU Settlement Data Alignment
Settlement and fee data now flows at the MID level, aligning EU behavior with other regions for clearer, cross-location reconciliation.
