On Thursday, October 16th, 2025, we’ll be enabling new features in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM) to give select users faster insights and smoother reconciliation.

What’s going live

Transaction Manager
A comprehensive tool to locate, analyze, and compare single or grouped transactions. Enjoy robust search, sorting, and filtering, customizable table views, and full transaction lifecycle tracking to support informed decisions.

Settlement Report
A high-level view of your daily batch details. See both gross amounts and net payouts after program fees for clear financial visibility.

Settlement Detail Report
Drill all the way down to the transaction level to:

• Verify individual transaction amounts

• Understand associated fees for each transaction

• Track refunds and chargebacks

• Reconcile batches with transaction-level detail
  

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required - these features will appear automatically on October 16th.
