Major Enhancements to SkyTab SOLO – Spring 2025 Releases

We’re excited to update you on the SkyTab SOLO Spring 2025 Releases that we’ve been rolling out.   These impactful updates are designed to significantly improve payment reliability and expand reporting capabilities.

These updates started in April with SkyTab SOLO version v2.142 and will continue in May with SkyTab SOLO version v2.143

SOLO Version 2.142 –  Released April 8th

Custom UI for Manual Entry

Say goodbye to the legacy BroadPOS interface. SkyTab SOLO now features a more intuitive and seamless experience for manual credit card entries.

Transaction Summary Report

In addition to the full Transaction Detail Report, merchants can now opt for a condensed summary view—providing essential transaction insights while saving paper.

SOLO Version 2.143 –  Releasing May 20th

Enhanced Get/Re-Use Invoice Functionality

To prevent duplicate charges during network disruptions, SOLO can now verify whether a payment was completed before attempting a retry—improving payment reliability.

Location Transaction Report

View transaction data across all SOLO devices under a single Merchant ID (MID) in one consolidated, easy-to-read report.
