Lighthouse Business Manager Update: Ticket Status, Refund Voids & Reporting Enhancements

We’re excited to share the latest updates included in the Lighthouse Business Manager 2025w37 Release, which went out today, September 10th, 2025. These enhancements are designed to give you more visibility, flexibility, and control over your business operations.

New Features

• ACH Transactions Report – Returned Transaction Toggle
  Quickly filter unsuccessful ACH transactions with a new toggle, making it easier to investigate payment failures.

• Ticket Transaction Status Report in SkyTab (All Regions)
  Monitor gross amounts, manage undeposited tickets, and review deposited transactions with expanded reporting availability.

Improvements

• ACH Transaction Export Enhancements
  Export files (Excel, CSV, PDF) now include a “Description” column to display return/reject reasons for faster action.

• Void Refunds in CA & US
  Merchants can now void refund authorizations (in addition to sales), expanding control and correcting errors more efficiently.
