We’re excited to share the latest updates to Lighthouse Business Manager with our 2025w35 release, launching on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025. This update brings powerful new features and usability improvements to help you manage your business more efficiently.

What’s New

ACH Onboarding, Now Smarter

  • Webhook URL is now optional

  • Redirect URL added for seamless Plaid mobile onboarding

  • Contact name and email fields auto-filled to save time

More Control Over Statement Groups

  • Locations outside the U.S. can no longer be added to Consolidated Monthly Statements

  • Sub-users can now edit or delete both their own statement groups and those created by other sub-users under the same admin

Clone Transactions with One Click

Quickly create new transactions from existing ones in POS and Hospitality with our new “Clone Transaction” feature.

Dispute Manager Enhancements

See when a dispute was received and view everything in a new, consolidated dispute view.

Edit Business Date – Now More Secure

This feature is now limited to SALE transactions only, adding an extra layer of protection.

Platform Improvements

Better Data, Clearer Reporting

  • Settlement Report: Now includes Settlement ID and Customer Reference

  • Transaction Manager: Settlement ID added as an optional field

  • New batch number format:

    MID - Batch Closed Date - ID

    Example: 0021111111-20250822-0123
