Lighthouse Business Manager 2025w25 Release for Non-SkyTab POS Users

This update to LBM for Non-SkyTab POS users brings valuable enhancements to reporting, usability, and security—making it easier than ever to manage your business efficiently. What’s New & Improved:

Shift4 Gift Card Reporting – Now Easier to Access

• For Shift4 Gift Card Reporting, when you click “Reporting” in LBM, you’ll now be redirected to the Givex portal via seamless single sign-on (SSO)—no more extra logins required.

Monthly Statement Enhancements

• New “Name” columns added to PDF and Excel exports for easier reconciliation

• A smart prompt prevents creating groups with over 100 locations—improving performance and clarity

Security & Accuracy Improvements

• Enforced SSO login for SSO-enabled users, improving account security

• Gift Card transactions now include ticket data and are removed from the “No Ticket” layout for better accuracy

• You can now search transactions using masked credit card numbers

Bug Fixes

• “Risk” filters now display correctly in Transaction Manager

• Fixed pre-authorization issues to prevent duplicate transaction errors

• Report emails are now reliably delivered from @shift4payments.com

• Resolved ticket data and currency display issues for more consistent reporting
