Guest Help
Guests can simply tap the new “Need Help?” button on SpotOn InteractX kiosk to quickly get an employee’s or manager’s attention. This button turns on a light that signals for help. It can be configured to also send an alert to another system that employees and managers monitor.
When Guest Help is on, the “Need Help?” button will appear in the header throughout the ordering flow:

Other features:
Guests can Cancel or dismiss their request by tapping on the same button.
Custom text, font and color theming are supported.
Works with Manager PIN functionality.
Notes:
Guest Help must be enabled and configured in Connect.
Supports ELO Status Light (Gen 1) on v2 and v3 series devices. Please refer to the ELO specifications for more details.
ELO v4 series devices are not compatible with this light hardware. There is a new signal light that will be supported and available later this year.

Scan/Swipe of Manager Pin
A popular request from our clients, Managers can now conveniently and more securely swipe or scan a card to provide their PIN on InteractX to access administrative functions or perform authorizations.
Works with:
Certified scanners: CR1100, CR5000, CR5210
Magtek card readers only

InteractX checkout logic now fully supports Tip settings in Connect. This ensures tips not only functioning the way you want but are allocated correctly in your reports
Connect Tip Settings (Terminal Role → Calculations → Tip):
No - tips are not enabled
All Tenders - any tender can be used to apply a tip
Cash Only - will function the same way as No
Credit Only - only credit/debit cards will be used to apply tips

Calories
You now have the ability to show the calories of an Item on its Item Details page and on item cards. These are configured in Connect (Items → Details → Secondary).

Bug Fixes:
Fixed issue that prevented the POS Categories from loading and leaving the kiosk in a perpetual “frozen” state after tapping the Attract screen.
Videos on the Attract Screen no longer stretch across the screen but return to its original aspect ratio when Glory Cash has an error or loses connection.
Item Attributes are now fully displayed on the Item Detail page.
When a user finalizes an order with Glory Cash and wants to reprint the ticket, the type of currency used in the transaction is displayed for foreign currency (USD).
Round Up for Charity prompt only appears once when you tap Back from the payment page to get to the Tip page.
"Close kiosk" theme will not change to "Open kiosk" theme after the background refresh when using the "Open/Close" button on the manager screen.
In the case where there is only one item in a Category and it is assigned to a daypart that is over, the category group will not be displayed.
InteractX now shows the color that was customized for the Apply Discount button.
