NEW - Ability to discount specific add-ons within an item

To help clients who require multiple add-on groups for items, we have made our add-on discounting more granular allowing for specific add-ons to be discounted within an item. For example, if you have a burrito where an add-on group is a protein choice and another add-on group that is for extra toppings you would now be able to discount the protein choice without having to discount the extra toppings added as well. If you have any questions about using this speak with your Implementation Specialist for more details.

Bug Fixes:

  • Order Status on CWS 5 app/site moves to ready when an order is fired to KDS

    There was an issue found where if you are using CWS 5 for online ordering and KDS that when an online order is fired to the KDS the order would be considered 'Ready' on the app. This has been fixed and you will now have the option to have the order status change to ready when the order has been bumped off KDS.

  • Web-SRM - Price of item not listed in bill when using a common item

    If you are using Web-SRM and a dine-in setting, there was an issue found where a common item split between bills would not display the total of that split item on the bill. This has been fixed.

  • Add-on Quickswitches adding add-on instead of switching

    There was an issue found when switching add-ons using an add-on quickswitch would lead to the add-on not switching but just adding the add-on. This has been fixed.

  • Order validation error when adding more than one add-on

    There was an edge case found where if you had multiple add-on groups in the same item using the same add-on and you are using Advanced KDS with the add-on group colour scheme enabled that you could get an order validation error when ordering the add-on in multiple add-on groups. This has been fixed.

  • Brazil - Rounding 'half down' causing an error when ordering an item sold by weight

    There was an issue found with weighed items where if you are using a 'half down' rounding option that the attempt would lead to an error. This has been fixed.

  • Brazil - NFCe fixes

    There were a number of minor issues found with NFCe processing transactions that have been fixed.
