On October 22, 2025, the following new features and enhancements will be available on the Givex Portal. They will be available on GivexPOS on October 23, 2025. We recommend speaking with your Implementation Specialist before making any changes on the day of the release. Please refer to Givex’s release notes for more details.

Coming Soon in November... GivexGO rebrand as Shift4 Back Office
The GivexGo app is being rebranded as Shift4 Back Office to better align with Shift4’s unified brand and platform experience. This update reflects our continued integration of Givex solutions into the Shift4 ecosystem, providing a more cohesive and recognizable experience for users across all products.
Importantly, nothing about the app’s core functionality is changing. You’ll still have full access to real-time data and insights into your stores’ performance — including sales, labor, and other key business metrics — just as before. The only difference you’ll notice is the new name and branding, representing the same powerful tools under the Shift4 family.

NEW - Brazil - Support for NFC-e
To accommodate the discontinuation of SAT boxes, we have integrated to NFC-e in advance of the December 31 deadline. If you would like to begin using this option instead of the SAT box, reach out to your Implementation Specialist for assistance.
Feature Updates: E-Commerce
NEW - Support for Apple and Google Pay with Shift4
Going forward if you are using Shift4 for online payment processing you will be able to take Apple and Google pay for customers making purchases. If this is something you would like to enable speak with your Implementation Specialist to get things started.
NEW - Additional tracking for Meta pixels
We have made an improvement to using the Meta pixel so that you will now be able to track purchase events. If you are interested in using a Meta tracking pixel, reach out to your Customer Relations Rep or Implementation Specialist for assistance.

NEW - Single Credit/Debit option for Shift4 Pax A800
If you are using Shift4 Payments and the Pax A800, we have added a 'Credit/Debit' button to help avoid any possible issue with the customer or server selecting the wrong payment option.
Bug Fixes: POS
Receipts not printing with POS-SITEF installment payments
It was found that a receipt would not print when requested when an order was being paid in installments. This has been fixed.
Account Order Details not correct when adding multiple accounts to the same order
We have fixed an issue where Account Order Details would not display correctly if multiple accounts had been assigned to the same order.
Customer Facing Images not updating if image originally uploaded as inactive
There was an issue found where if a customer facing image, screen saver image, etc was uploaded as inactive that when you made it active the image would not update at the store. This has been fixed.
Can't approve Void by swiping badge card
There was an issue found where if you voided an item and tried to approve the void via card swipe that the tablet would freeze. This has been fixed.
Users can access Account Management options when permission is disabled
It was found that operators would be able to access the Account Management page even when they do not have access via the option to add accounts to the bill. This has been fixed.
Automatic reward being removed when exactly two items have been added to an order
There was an issue found where if a reward was assigned automatically that it would be removed if there were exactly two items in the order. This has been fixed.
Bug Fixes - E-Commerce
Re-ordering past orders with item changes not completing
There was an issue found where if a customer was trying to re-order a past order that if any of the items had changed, ex add-on removed that the customer would receive an error. This has been fixed so that if an item in the past order has been changed you will be notified more clearly.
Unable to schedule delivery drives for future delivery dates
There was an issue found where if a customer placed an order for delivery at a future date that you would not be able to make the booking for that future date. This has been fixed.
Bug Fixes - Integrations
Items displaying in Combos that aren't on a store price list on 3rd Party integrations
There was an issue found where items in a combo would display as an option to order even though they are not in any price list associated with the store. This has been fixed so if an item in a combo is not in the price list it will not be available as an option.
