  • Gift Card: Add customer name to authorize.net integration

    What It Does
    If billing info fields are submitted as part of the transaction, they will include the customer’s name. This was added to assist clients to troubleshoot any issues with declines.

    How It Used to Work: This is a new addition to the integration.

  • E-Commerce: Member profile lock security enhancement

    What It Does
    An account lock flag has been added to the member profile interface. This allows users to easily identify if the member’s account has been locked.

    How It Used to Work: Users would check logs and error codes to see if the member account was locked.

  • Gift Card: PIN enhancement on Portal

    What It Does
    The option allows for the PIN requirement to be present for Portal transactions only so as not to impact POS systems that do not support PIN verification.

    How It Used to Work: This is a new optional feature
